Accommodation: accommodation in Pattaya close to the beach. We offer you, for a delicious and maybe long vacation in Pattaya, beautiful and comfy rooms in a complex where foreigner tourist, mix couple and local people, enjoy their free time.

Price: one room is for 2 people. We rent for monthly period and the price drop considerably for longer terms!
Pricing note: special price for long stay: from 7,000.00 baht to 12,000.00 baht for a studio rooms type. Please ask for more prices for different kind of rooms (e.g. double). High season from November to April can have a small increasing in prices, but not in the year 2020 and 2021.

Motorcycle for rent, taxi service to and from airport, private taxi services: everything is available downstair.

The rooms are located in the View Talay 1 Condominium in Jomtien, Pattaya. The complex is provided of Swimming pool, security 24 hours, CCTV cam controlled area and restaurants, minimarket and of course Beer Bars for your drinks in an friendly environment.

Airport bus station The airport bus station is just... downstair! Incredible: you arrive from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport with the airport bus and you don't need to deal with taxi or other kind of transportation. You are arrived already! The same advantage when you have to go to the airport: just walk out of the condo and take the bus!
Now Suvarnabhumi Airport also serve Air Asia, Viet jet and other low cost airline companies.
